This website describes the studio and the work we offer: websites, ERP, CRM, business emails, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO. Copy and graphics here are for information. They are not a bid, a ranking promise, or a guaranteed advertising return.
Submitting Get a Quote is a request that we contact you. It is not an order. A job starts only when both sides agree the scope, fee, and timeline in writing (email is enough).
What we will do, what you will provide (copy, logins, access, approvals), and when invoices are due are in that agreement. Third-party platforms — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, domain registrars, hosting, email providers — have their own terms. You remain responsible for those accounts, their policies, and their spend. We do not promise first place in search or a return on ads.
Fees are as quoted for that job. This site does not publish a refund policy. If a job is paused or ended, what is owed is whatever the quote or agreement says. Platform ad spend billed by Google, Meta, or LinkedIn is paid to those companies, not as a refundable fee to us.
You keep the rights to materials you give us. We keep the rights to our tools, templates, and methods. Finished work we produce for you is yours to use for your business once it is paid for, unless the agreement says otherwise. Do not copy this website’s text or graphics as your own.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through the form. We may refuse or stop work if the brief would violate law or a platform’s rules.
The site is provided as it stands. For paid work, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that job, except where Indian law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting outages we do not control, or delays while we wait on your approvals or access.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction. Personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms on this page. The date at the top is the version that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
