Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,
with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping from outside India may take longer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,
so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom/personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and purchase the new one separately after approval.

EU 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipping to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason.
The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
